I first saw these 4-ingredient Sweet Potato Brownies on Renee's (She Alchemy) insta-story, then literally 2 days later Jessica Black posted a similar recipe so I was pretty keen to try them! I added coconut flakes so technically that makes the 5-ingredient Sweet Potato Brownies but whatever, still tasted amazing and they are also vegan incase you were wondering. All the info is below!
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Line a rectangular/square baking tin with baking paper and set aside
Combine the nut butter and maple syrup in a bowl and microwave for 1-1min30sec (in 30sec bursts, stirring in between each 30sec burst)
Add the cacao powder, sweet potato and coconut flakes into the bowl with the nut butter and maple syrup and mix well
Pour the combined mixture into your baking tray, sprinkle any left over coconut flakes on top and bake for 15-20 minutes
Once cooking time has finished let brownies cool for 15-20 minutes before serving
