Pancakes are the best but sometimes I just make a mess... or I burn them... I'm not amazing in the kitchen. I got this recipe from Anthea from Rainbow Nourishments so the recipe is vegan and tastes amazing. Like I've said before, I'm not vegan but I'm all for eating more plant-based foods so I was keen to try this recipe.

Blend 100g banana, 100g rolled oats, 50g almond milk and 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder until smooth.
Spoon mixture out into little circles on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180degrees Celsius for 15-20mins or until golden brown.
Decorate with whatever toppings you like!
